A Complete “Titanic: Adventure Out of Time” Part Three   1 comment

Part Three begins just outside of the Gymnasium. Carlson, unsure of what to do, wanders the Boat Deck. Near the aft end of the deck, he runs into Lady Georgia Lambeth (who left him that hand-written note in his cabin from Part Two). She is in the midst of a marriage crisis and hands to you her diamond necklace, presumably to same it from her husband. Carlson continues down the deck and runs into the gambler from before, Max Seidelmann of Philadelphia. He offers to take Carlson to the Smoking Room and Carlson, not really sure what to do next, accepts. Max takes Carlson on a detour to the Café Parisian, where Carlson meets his foe: Colonel Zeitel. Zeitel’s protege, Haderlitz is there too. The Colonel is unaware of Carlson’s status presumably and leaves without qualms. Carlson explores the café and notices Zeitel left behind his pipe. Carlson snatches it up and leaves the café, bumping into Daisy Cashmore in the Aft Grand Staircase. She is a gossip-monger and rattles off fact after fact and opinion after opinion about the Titanic and her passengers. She also has a favor, that Carlson figure out the name of a man who was making eyes at her. Being the gentleman he is, he agrees, and heads to his cabin to seek Smethell’s opinion.
